Hi, I am Pastor Ken and I teach the “Men’s class” here at First Baptist. Our class is a very informal class in which we take time to have fellowship with one another, pray for one another and build a confidence and trust in one another.
The purpose is:
1. To give men a clear understanding of what it means to be the Godly man we are designed to be.
2. To give men the opportunity to discover the joy and contentment in being a Godly man in a troubled world.
3. To give men a chance to be in a safe environment without fear or ridicule and to just be themselves.
4. To give men a chance to accept and have Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior thus realize who is in charge!
So in closing let me say I hope you will come and give us a try. We will be meeting in the conference room immediately after worship. Bring your coffee and doughnut and relax with us as we see God’s word come to life!
